Progress and review meetings

Meetings to be held regularly, at an interval of each month (Georgian Calendar month) e.g. every 1^st Wednesday of the Month at 13^th May Road, say at 7.00 pm (rain or shine), this will allow each member to plan their diaries well in advance.

If members feel there is nothing much to report on any progress, or quorum is not meeting, then an email progress to be reported, and if required voting through email can be done.

 

Event planning & Emergency meetings

In addition to these meetings there might be an odd meeting out of regular schedule to address any, pressing issue at the time e.g. an unscheduled visit of any dignitary, or organizing any specific even. However this meeting can also be done through an email vote.
